Thai Life Insurance Public Company Limited (“the Company”) has announced the appointment of Mr. Hsi-Ling Yang as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Actuary, effective from 16 August 2025.

Mr. Hsi-Ling brings over 15 years of experience in the life insurance industry, including senior leadership roles with leading regional life insurers. At Thai Life Insurance, Mr. Hsi-Ling has been responsible for overseeing actuarial functions, product development, and the implementation of Thai Financial Reporting Standard (TFRS) 17 for insurance contracts.

Prior to his appointment as CFO, Mr. Hsi-Ling served as Chief Actuary and played a key role in leading the Company’s adoption of TFRS 17, which came into effect for insurance companies in Thailand on 1 January 2025. He also continues to oversee the Company’s investor relations function.

Mr. Hsi-Ling holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Insurance from National Taiwan University. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), the highest designation for actuaries, and also a Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA), reflecting his strong capabilities in enterprise risk management.
