V.C. Property Co., Ltd. is a private limited company incorporated under Thai law. It operates as a holding company and has seven shareholders as follows:
- Mr. Chai Chaiyawan (holding 23% of shares);
- Mr. Vanich Chaiyawan (holding 20% of shares);
- Mr. Winyou Chaiyawan (holding 20% of shares);
- Mrs. Chatchada Malakul Na Ayudhaya (holding 10% of shares);
- Mrs. Varang Chaiyawan (holding 10% of shares);
- Miss Weena Chaiyawan (holding 10% of shares); and
- Mr. Weerawet Chaiyawan (holding 7% of shares).

Phetch Trading Co., Ltd. is a private limited company incorporated under Thai law. It operates a leasing business. V.C. Property Co., Ltd. is the ultimate shareholder of Phetch Trading Co., Ltd.

Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company is an entity incorporated under Japanese law. It operates a life insurance business and is one of the major life insurance companies in Japan. It intends to subscribe for a certain number of Shares in the Offering to maintain its 15% shareholding in our company after the Offering.

Her Sing (H.K.) Limited is an entity incorporated under Hong Kong law. It operates as a holding company. Mr. Winyou Chaiyawan and Mrs. Chatchada Malakul Na Ayudhaya are the ultimate shareholders of Her Sing (H.K.) Limited, each holding 50% of shares.
