Thai Life Insurance Public Company Limited announced its results for 2025 with a solid net profit of 11,882 million Baht, representing a net profit margin of 21.5%. This performance reflected the Company’s capability to generate sustainable profitability. The Value of New Business (VONB) stood at 7,101 million Baht, while the New Business Contractual Service Margin (New Business CSM) amounted to 12,089 million Baht. Comprehensive Equity grew 16.6% to 227,469 million Baht, or equivalent to 19.9 Baht per share. Additionally, The Company announced a dividend payment of 0.60 Baht per share
Mr. Chai Chaiyawan, Director and Chief Executive Officer of Thai Life Insurance Public Company Limited, or TLI, announced the Company's financial performance for 2025, highlighting a net profit of 11,882 million Baht, or equivalent to a net profit margin of 21.5%. VONB registered at 7,101 million Baht, reflecting the Company’s ability to sell products with long term value. Annual Premium Equivalent (APE) reached 13,563 million Baht, representing 12.4% growth, driven by premium expansion across all channels, particularly from high value protection products and participating products in response to customers’ demand. Consequently, New Business CSM was recorded at 12,089 million Baht, or a year-on-year increase of 5.8%.
Meanwhile, net profit excluding extraordinary items and market volatility stood at 10,883 million Baht, representing a year-on-year growth of 5.8%. While insurance profit remained a key driver at 9,247 million Baht, investment profit excluding extraordinary items and market volatility rose in line with the expansion of investment assets and business growth. As of December 31, 2025, Thai Life’s investment portfolio remained well-diversified, with over 85% of investment assets in investment-grade fixed income securities.
As of December 31, 2025, Comprehensive Equity reported at 227,469 million Baht, an increase of 16.6% from last year, demonstrating long term value growth. Our capital adequacy ratio registered at 555.9% as of December 31, 2025, significantly above the regulatory minimum of 140%, reaffirming our robust capital position as a solid foundation for sustainable growth.
On February 26, 2026, the Company’s Board of Directors approved a dividend payment of 0.60 Baht per share from the net profit of 2025. The dividend will be paid after obtaining approval from the shareholders’ Annual General Meeting and the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC).
Mr. Chai Chaiyawan emphasized the Company’s strong commitment to driving long term value growth. Thai Life extended its strategic bancassurance partnership with Bank of Ayudhya PCL for 10 years to continue offering the life insurance solutions through the bancassurance channel. This strategic partnership reflected the commitment to enhancing financial and life insurance solutions and served as a key driver to expanding the customer base and supporting sustainable growth.
The Company will strengthen its agency channel by elevating agents to become Life Advisor, a professional life partner who delivers holistic solutions under the concept of “Care with Heart”, providing customer care as if they were family members. The Company also empowers agents with the digital tool “TL SMART Application” to enhance the efficiency of sales, team management, and customer services.
In addition to channel development, Thai Life continued to innovate products and services to deliver convenient and seamless customer experiences through “TLI Application”. The application provides customers with comprehensive access to life and health insurance services and financial planning, including premium payments, underwriting status tracking, online claims submission, tax deduction documents, and e-Receipt. In addition, the Company continuously introduced more features on TLI application such as 24/7 Live Chat support, providing real-time assistance and transaction-related information directly from Call Center representatives, as well as e-Document services, allowing policyholders to receive documents in electronic format.
Furthermore, the Company launched the “Thai Life Insurance AI Chat”, an insurance assistance service available via the Company’s Line Official Account: @ThaiLifeInsurance. This service provides clear and easy to understand responses to all inquiries related to Thai Life’s products, policy terms and conditions, and various service information. Thai Life Insurance AI Chat delivers concise and accurate information and is available 24 hours a day to support customers.
